Eric K. Johnson is a Utah Family Law Attorney and the principal and founding attorney of Utah Family Law, LC. His practice is concentrated on Utah family law and divorce with emphasis on the successful protection and advancement of clients’ rights in matters of spousal and child support, property division, custody and parent-time, annulment, and common law relationships.
Eric is the author of “Utah Family Law”, Vol. 2 of West Publishing’s Utah Practice Series. He has educated and updated Utah divorce lawyers on Utah divorce and family law. A side note of interest: Eric has been consulted on matters of family law for the television series “Boston Legal”.
Mr. Johnson is not the most popular attorney among his fellow Utah divorce lawyers because he’s less interested in making friends with attorneys than making sure his clients are treated fairly. He’s not the “burn and pillage” type, but he’s not afraid to go to court.
Eric loves being a divorce and family lawyer. He is raising the bar on delivering value. He answers his own phone (most lawyers don’t give out their direct number!) He returns calls and messages. He answers client questions professionally. Eric sends his clients a copy of every document that relates to their divorce case, and makes documents available to clients via a secure, password protected server. His monthly invoices are itemized with clear detail. Eric wants you to be so pleased that you can’t help but recommend his services. When you work with Eric K. Johnson, you will enjoy a level of service that is rarely experienced by clients of other Utah Family Law Attorneys.
Practice Areas: Litigation, primarily in Divorce and Family Law, and some criminal defense (associated with family law matters).
