It’s in vogue these days in family law to advocate “education, counseling, mediation and evaluation” in lieu of expeditious litigation, but nobody cites any hard data to prove that “education, counseling, mediation and evaluation” justify the investment of time or money in them.
Education, counseling, mediation and evaluation sound so good, so soothing, so [...] I am sure the writers mean well, but I am weary of “children are victims of everything in divorce” articles.
Divorce is a crying shame, but a fact of life for a lot of kids now. Children confront all kinds of terrible things as they go through life, divorce being one of many. Children aren’t [...] Note: Remember as you read this that I’m not a father’s rights advocate. I represent men and women and have no bias against men or women in divorce. What I report is fact, not opinion.
