Which fictional lawyer would you choose to represent you?
Other than those who play the evil lawyer who represents the villains (because I wouldn’t want my lawyer to cheat, and as you’ll see, I wouldn’t need him to), I’d let any well-known fictional lawyer who wins represent me because each of them always miraculously wins. And so as long as winning my case was the goal, it wouldn’t matter which one represents me.
By the way, with such rare exception as to make the exception negligible, there are no real-world lawyers who always win. And of those who almost always win, few people can afford them.
You think being innocent or the wronged party helps you win? Not enough to matter, usually. I’m serious. And I’m a lawyer.
My point?: avoid law suits, if you can. Nobody wins a lawsuit, even the winner.
