This is not the kind of situation in which you can obtain a change you want by taking certain steps. To overturn or modify a temporary child custody order you would need sufficient evidence to persuade the court that circumstances have changed such that the current temporary custody orders in place are deleterious to the best interest of the children. Many people who are unhappy with a court order (temporary or otherwise), even though there is nothing wrong with the order itself (i.e., it’s not doing the children any harm), will try to get the order changed to their liking by lying and claiming that the kind of change circumstances necessary to change the order have arisen when in fact they really haven’t. Sometimes they succeed too.
